We've rescheduled this wedding twice and we're not afraid to do it again, if needed! We assume that most of our guests, except the littles, will be vaccinated by 10/2. If you are not fully vaccinated we request that you wear a mask throughout the event. We are also requesting all guests bring proof of a negative covid - 19 test (performed 24-48 hours prior to any wedding related events) - all attendees, any age, any vaccination status. This will add an extra layer of security and safety for all attending. Our Event Staff will be checking proof of negative test at Fleisher, so have your test results handy! CVS and Rite Aid are both FREE and easy. If you need help finding a location to get tested, let us know! We will also have a few rapid tests available for the procrastinators among us. https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing, https://www.riteaid.com/pharmacy/services/covid-19-testing
Assuming the weather cooperates, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place mostly indoors. Fleisher has a (quite) small garden that will be open throughout the evening.
If it rains Philly-summer-lightning-and-thunder style, we'll likely hold the ceremony inside at Fleisher. If it rains Portland-156-days-a-year-drizzle style, we'll likely hold the ceremony inside at Fleisher.
Essentially, yes! The ceremony will be in Palumbo Park immediately next door to Fleisher, where the party will take place.
Yes! There's a whole entire parking lot just for us. It's located right across the street from Fleisher.
We can't answer that question with an answer, but we can answer it with a question: what makes you feel like the freshest most fun-loving version of yourself? We want you to wear that.
Yes. You'll see the ramp at the main entrance.
Philadelphians like to claim a lot of "oldests" and "firsts." We are generally suspicious of these kinds of bold claims, but we trust the source on this one. Check out Fleisher's website for some very cool info on this very unique institution:https://fleisher.org/about-us/history/.
