After exiting the plane, your next step is going through the fast-track entry immigration. You will receive a form/receipt that you will need to save for the return flight. If you lose this paper then you will need to pay a fine. After collecting your baggage at the carousels, you will go through your final checkpoint at Cancun Airport; customs. You will push a button that will either light up green or red. A green light means you can continue on your way and exit Cancun Airport. The red light means a custom agent will inspect your luggage. If the button turns on the red light, don’t worry, inspections are usually quick and painless. Then as you exit, walk directly to the car service provided by the hotel. Avoid any money exchange kiosks for the heavy fines, and pushy timeshare or transport companies that will try to scam you!

Private Transportation To and From Airport

Private free round-trip transportation for all guests on the reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service includes to-and-from Cancun International Airport. Free airport transportation is available only for guests of the Excellence Hotel with a minimum of three nights stay, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center. Transportation Service must be programmed directly through Seasons Tours at: transfers@seasonstours.com after your reservation is confirmed.
