Yes, the ceremony is planned to take place on the lawn at Graydon Hall Manor. For your comfort, we recommend appropriate footwear. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Coach House.

Please respond using the email invitation you received by selecting either “I will attend” or “I will not attend.” If attending, kindly include your party’s preferred entrée selections so we may plan accordingly.

To ensure we are able to thoughtfully plan seating, dining, and overall event logistics, we kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by the requested date. Final guest counts must be provided to our venue and vendors in advance. If we do not receive an RSVP by this time, we will respectfully assume that you are unable to attend and will plan accordingly. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally named on the invitation. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be clearly indicated on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

We kindly ask that our guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. We promise to share our professional photos afterward and welcome photos and videos during the reception.

We kindly recommend that guests arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for parking, welcome beverages, and seating before the ceremony begins.
