Is there a dress code?

Answer

No jeans, please! Good News Brewery is a semi indoor/outdoor venue so dress comfortable enough to join us on the dance floor outside in June!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service available for our guests that will pickup at the Staybridge Suites in O'Fallon to transport guests to the ceremony and will return guests back to the same location after the reception. The shuttle schedule will be posted at the hotel. The first shuttle will depart to the ceremony at 3:45pm and the second will depart at 4:25pm. The shuttle seats a maximum of 26 people so please keep that in mind when deciding to take the first or second shuttle in case it is full.

What time does the reception start?

Answer

The reception will start promptly at 6pm and ends at 11pm. Our reception is located at Good News Brewing Company in Defiance, MO which is across the street from the Pleasant Hill Chapel ceremony site. Since Good News Brewing is open to the public on the day of the event, we ask that guests not arrive until 6pm to give their team time to prepare for our event.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you know your plans, but please no later than May 1!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The closest hotels are in O'Fallon, Missouri on Highway K about 15 minutes from both venues. We recommend either the Staybridge Suites or Holiday Inn Express. We will be providing a shuttle service to/from the venues that will pickup from the Staybridge Suites. Because these hotels share a parking lot, guests staying at either hotel can utilize the shuttle service. We have a room block at both the Staybridge and Holiday Inn Express with discounted rates for our guests. To join the room block, please see the Travel tab for instructions on how to book your stay!

There are parking lots available at both the ceremony and reception location.

We love your kids but due to space restrictions our wedding day will be adults only.
