Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Lindsey Benjamin and Evan Traylor
Here are a few of our favorite restaurants and things to do in Philly. Enjoy exploring this amazing city!

The Continental Mid-town

1801 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103
, (215) 567-1800

The Continental is nostalgic for us because it is the restaurant where Evan met Lindsey's dad for the first time and where he asked her parents for their blessing. We highly recommend the shoe string fries and the crispy calamari salad!

Reading Terminal Market

1136 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107
, (215) 922-2317

This famous indoor farmer's market is one of our favorite places in the city. You can get everything from cannolis to classic Reubens to chicken and waffles!

Zahav

237 Saint James Place, Philadelphia, PA 19106
, (215) 625-8800

This Israeli spot is one of the most famous restaurants in Philly. Be sure to make a reservation WELL IN ADVANCE if you are interested - it books up fast!

Sabrina's Cafe

1804 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130
, (215) 636-9061

Sabrina's has amazing brunch food! This address is right by the art museum. but there is also another location in University City if you are exploring that area.

Mama's Pizzeria and Cheesesteaks

426 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004
, (610) 664-4757

Mama's is a delicious cheesesteak (and pizza) place right by the hotel that our family loves. If you are interested in the "most famous" spots, though, you can check out Pat's or Geno's downtown!

Zesty's

4382 Main Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127
, (215) 483-6226

This is one of Lindsey's favorite Greek spots! Zesty's is in Manayunk, a really cute part of the city that is close to the venue, so we recommend that you explore some bars and shops after your meal.

Mi 'N Tea

4229 Main Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127
, (267) 297-7257

If you love banh mi sandwiches and/or bubble tea, check this place out! Like Zesty's, it's also in Manayunk, so there will be a ton of shops and bars around to explore.

Philadelphia Museum of Art

2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130
, (215) 763-8100

This is a world renown museum with a ton to see, so definitely brace yourself for a long trip. After seeing all the art, you have to climb the Rocky steps right outside of the building!

National Constitution Center

525 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106
, (215) 409-6600

For politics/history nerds like Evan, you should definitely check out the Constitution Center. After, you can ring the Liberty Bell, which is right across the street!

Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History

101 South Independence Ml East, Philadelphia, PA 19106
, (215) 923-3811

This FREE museum is extremely well put together, exploring Jewish history in depth through hands-on exhibits and artifacts. We highly recommend it!

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens

1020 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147
, (215) 733-0390

This is a nonprofit museum and art environment featuring the beautiful mosaics by Isaiah Zagar. There are two indoor galleries and an outdoor sculpture garden that will leave you in awe!

Rittenhouse Square

Philadelphia, PA

Rittenhouse Square Park is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day. There is also a ton of great shopping right around that area!
