How did you know we were dreaming of those crystal champagne flutes?! They’re by far the most beautiful glasses in our home and we’ve never felt fancier. You’ll have to come over soon so we can toast to you! So excited to see you in June.

Lindsey & Evan

During the spring of 2015, in a random office room in DC Public Schools, Lindsey and Evan met for the first time. After an accidental lunch date where no other interns in the office showed up, Evan worked up the courage to ask Lindsey to dinner - over their work email. The next day, they went on their first date at a pupusa spot in College Park and immediately hit it off. One week later, Lindsey found out she would be going to Spain for the following year and they tried to convince themselves that this would be a short fling. 

That "short fling" turned into a year of cross-continental long distance from Spain to Kansas, two more years of long distance from DC to New York, and three years of living together. Their love has grown and intensified throughout these seven years together, and they cannot wait to take the next step and commit to the rest of their lives together - with Ruby Nakia Benjamin Traylor by their side of course!
