Megaplex Theatres at Cedar City
If you happen to want to watch a movie while you're here, where better than the place that we first met! Luxury seats, tremor seats, yummy treats and snacks... what more could you want while watching the latest movie?
Zion National Park
We love visiting Zions during the summer! Anytime we both have a day off we take the day and drive the scenic route. It's one of our favorite things to do together, and what inspired the proposal! You can take a drive through the Mt. Carmel Tunnel, and stop for a bite in Hurricane or St. George that night if you don't want to stick around and try one of the many restaurants Springdale has to offer! Cedar Breaks National Monument
We love visiting Cedar Breaks and we have gone on many adventures there together! If you can’t make it to Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks can help fill that in for you! Make sure to check the park website before you go!
Bryce Canyon National Park
If you’re wanting to see some incredible views, head on over to Bryce! We recommend taking the mountain way up through Duck Creek! Fun fact: Bug Thunder Railroad in Disneyland is based on Bryce Canyon! Make sure to check the park website before you go!
Duck Creek Village
Duck Creek offers fishing and is a lead-off to several different hikes and trails. It used to be a spot where old movies and TV shows were filmed including "Drums Along the Mohawk", "How the West Was Won", and "Daniel Boone". There's a few restaurants up here, but we HAVE to recommend Sue's Cafe. It was amazing!
Cascade Falls Trailhead
If you're looking for a slightly-challenging hike with beautiful views, Cascade Falls is the hike to take! It is a dog-friendly, out-and-back trail, that ends at the Cascade Falls. The road leading to the trail is little more bumpy, so be careful when you trek out there, but it is so very worth it.
All American Diner
This is easily one of our favorite restaurants in town. Amazing diner food for an amazing price! It's usually pretty busy, but if you can get a table, it'll be well-worth it!
Hermie's Drive In
THE BEST quick-bite burgers, if not THE best burgers in Cedar. They offer everything from shakes to burgers, Navajo tacos to frye bread- they've got it all, and it's an amazing price as well!

Delicious and unique sandwich shop right in the heart of Cedar City!
Asian Bistro Cedar City
The best Asian cuisine, and you really get what you paid for. The portions are huge, but more importantly, delicious!
Fiesta Fun Family Fun Center
If you're wanting to go to an arcade while you're here, Fiesta Fun in St. George is the place to go! We have spent many a dollar there, (Sally especially, she loves arcades), and have had a lot of fun dates there. If you want to go-cart, play mini-golf, bowl, or just play arcade games, this is the place!
Bulloch's Drug Store
An old-fashioned drug store with a unique shopping experience, and an ice cream bar!
