We are very excited to be sharing this special wedding weekend with all you fine people! Choosing to have our wedding at this summer camp means that you are welcome to join for the entire weekend, as there are summer camp cabin accommodations available for everyone should you choose to stay over. In joining for the weekend, you also would have access to all the camp’s activities and meals throughout your stay. If this is something you are up for, make sure you 1) book your cabin or find the link for a nearby hotel in the “book your stay” tab, AND 2) RSVP to the wedding in the “RSVP” tab. Should you only want to come for the wedding itself, great!! We’re excited to see you. You need not book any cabin, just RSVP in the “RSVP” tab. We have several key events planned for the weekend, as seen below:

Guest Arrival at Camp Tioga

Poconos Camp Weddings - Camp Tioga

Guests can begin to arrive to Camp Tioga as early as 1pm on Friday! Please stop in the main camp office to check in. Welcome bags including an itinerary of weekend events will be provided to all guests. Staff will show you to your cabins and show you where to park.

Welcome BBQ/ Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Beach Pavilion - Camp Tioga

Casual Attire

All are invited to join the McNeil and Smith family Friday evening for the weekend kickoff barbecue at the camp beach pavilion by the lake! There will be hamburgers and hot dogs, drinks, bonfire & s'mores. If you have an instrument, bring it!

Its the big event!! The reason we’re here :) *We suggest you wear flat shoes as you will be walking to and from the ceremony, cocktail, and reception area. Golf cart transportation available to those who have difficulty walking the grounds.

Canteen and Reception Pavilion - Camp Tioga

Cocktail Attire

Time to party! Join us for appetizers and cocktails in the camp's original barn, known as the Canteen. Afterwards head to the newly constructed open air Reception Pavilion for dinner and dancing! *Again, flat shoes may be a good idea. Golf cart transportation available for those who have difficulty walking the grounds.
