The Columbia Gorge Express Shuttle

Hood River is about an hour ~very scenic~ drive from the Portland International Airport. For those guest flying in there are a few options to get to and from the PDX airport and Hood River: There is a shuttle that goes to and from PDX and Hood River, and is currently picking up/dropping off 9 times a day. This shuttle has two scenic stop along the Gorge, including Multnomah Falls (no Falls reservation needed if going through the shuttle!) We highly recommend staying here! The ceremony and reception will take place at the lodge on their lawn, with the Columbia River Gorge in the background. Hood River/Westcliff Lodge is a 1 hour drive from Portland/PDX. Please call the lodge directly and request “Dole/O’Hara” wedding block. There is a 2 night minimum, 4 night max for the wedding block. Hotel + Spa right next to where the wedding will take place, short walk over! This is also a popular destination and wedding spot, so if you end up booking here I would do so quickly as it fills up quickly.

Airbnb
There are some cute Airbnbs/house rentals in Hood River! Again, Hood River is a popular vacation spot, especially during the summer so I would book early. Uber is around but less frequent than a bigger city, something to keep in mind while getting to and from the venue.
