What is the address to the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Baker's Ranch in Parrish, FL. The address is 5015 Fort Hamer Rd Parrish, FL 34219.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes, as long as the weather is cooperative we would love to invite all of our close friends and family to enjoy a beach day at Manatee Public Beach on Anna Maria Island the Saturday after the wedding. This will take place Saturday, March 23rd for those who would like to attend! We would love the chance to spend more time with our out-of-town guests of friends and family.

Any after party/wedding plans?

Answer

Yes! Since our wedding ends early at 9:30 pm our plan is to go to downtown Bradenton near the Riverwalk. We will be going to Paddywagon or maybe another dive bar on that strip. The Paddy wagon address is 320 12th St W Bradenton, FL 34205. All guests are more than welcome to continue the celebration with us!

Are children allowed to be in attendance?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have decided to make this an adult only event. We want all of our guests to enjoy themselves for a few hours kids-free! If you need assistance with finding childcare or have any questions at all, please reach out.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather is cooperative and all goes as planned, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors on the terrace. The reception will take place indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We will update our "Hotel/Room Blocks" tab once we have room blocks set at any hotels. Please refer to that tab for updated information.

Which is the closest airport?

Answer

Our wedding venue, Baker's Ranch, is about 50 minutes from Tampa International Airport. There is also St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport (which is a smaller airport) that is about 45 minutes away. Lastly, Sarasota Brandenton International Airport is a 30 minute drive from the venue.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue and there will be a parking attendant to help direct guests where to park when you arrive.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We do ask that our guests refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. However, once the ceremony is over we would love for anyone to take pictures to help commemorate the night! Make sure to send/share any photos taken throughout the night with the bride and groom!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Dress code will be cocktail attire. We want our guests to look and feel their best!

What colors will the wedding party be wearing?

Answer

Bridesmaids will be in dark mauve colored dresses. Groomsmen will be in navy blue.

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar. Michael and I will each have our own signature cocktail on the menu as well so make sure to check those out!
