Shuttle to Wedding Venue for Guests

Pick up Time: 3:30PM SHARP Pick up Location: Inn of the Governors - 101 W Alameda St The wedding venue is located about an hour from Santa Fe and is not serviced by Uber or Lyft. We recommend guests make arrangements to travel on the shuttle. Shuttle will be making regular rounds to return guests to the Inn of the Governors with return trips leaving the venue at appx 9PM, 11PM and 1AM.

Parking

Parking for those not staying at the Inn of the Governor's and needing to catch the shuttle is available nearby at the following locations: New Mexico Public Education Department - 300 Don Gaspar Ave - (Across the street from Inn of the Governors. Government Facilities that are not open on the weekends are available for public parking.) Water Street Municipal Lot - 100 East Water Street - Daily Parking Rate - $12.00 - Open 24 hours Sandoval Parking Garage - 217 W Water Street - Daily Parking Rate: $12.00 - Open 7am to 11pm Parking space is available at the venue for those who would prefer to drive with a designated driver arranged. For Guests leaving their cars in paid parking lots, public spaces, and hotels; please remember not to leave any valuables in the car. We recommend keeping your vehicles safer by placing objects inside a trunk so that they are not visible through the windows.

To book a room in the Room Block at this hotel, you need to call and make the reservation over the phone. Ask for the Thompson/McLellan room block. There is no booking link, unfortunately.

Travel Note

Villa Nueva State Park

Camping is available at Villa Nueva State Park. The park is 13 miles from the Venue, appx 20 minute drive. Reservations are available at link below. Campground has showers and modern restrooms. The park is nestled between high sandstone bluffs that form a canyon along the Pecos River near the small Village of Villanueva. Camp or picnic under the shade of giant cottonwood trees. Enjoy fishing, birding, wildflower viewing, or hiking the trails along the canyon walls. Tubing the river is also allowed - be sure to bring a life jacket!
