When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Babies and kids of all ages are welcome! Please just include them in your RSVP or let either Lindsey or Mark know if they aren't already in the RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking at the ceremony location is EXTREMELY limited, please refrain from using the parking lot if you are able to. Please consider park in a parking lot (easiest would be Yosemite Valley Lodge Parking) and walking over. Or use the bus shuttle system and take stops #5 or #11 and stroll to the chapel. Parking is limited to maybe 10 cars and we would like to keep those to our friends and family who have difficulty walking distances i.e. to and from the yosemite lodge and chapel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

9:50am at the latest! If you arrive earlier (and are able), please help the bridal party decorate and spruce up the inside of the chapel! Many hands makes light work!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to include the guests listed on your RSVP. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated there. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Suits, jackets, dress slacks, ties are encouraged for men. For women, midi to maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant skirts and tops are perfect. Think polished and celebratory for an afternoon fall wedding in Yosemite. Layers are recommended as mountain weather can be cool in the early morning and 70s in the afternoon.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We encourage you to walk between the hotel/reception area and ceremony and enjoy the beautiful landscape as you do! It's approximately a 15 minute walk. There is a bus system throughout Yosemite, however the closest bus stop is also a 15min walk. If you are not able to do that walk, please drive and park your cars in the lots at the chapel and yosemite lodge, or please arrange for someone to drop you off.
