When should I RSVP by?

Our guest count is due at the end of February. Please RSVP on the website as soon as you can!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome and enjoyed! The venue asks that they be monitored at all times. The pool is gated, but they ask to please not throw objects in the pool or fountains. They also request no fruit picking, smashing, or throwing. We are fined for our guest behavior. :) They also do not allow babysitting or nannying on the property... we asked.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes please see the schedule page for a hike, Friday night drinks, and brunch!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please use uber or Lyft if you anticipate being unable to drive yourself home.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

The hotel offers a shuttle for locations within 5miles. It is on a first come basis and has 8-9 seats. The venue is 3miles away. The shuttle can be reserved in advance for $25. We are not reserving it since it is only 8 seats.
