You will be flying into Cancun, Mexico. Please understand you will need to have an active passport for this trip. Many airlines offer travel from various international airports, so choose one closest and most convenient to you. Richmond (RIC) and Dulles (IAD) do not offer a direct non-stop flight to this location, but Charlotte (CLT) does.
If you are staying 3 or more nights, the resort will provide complementary transportation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the resort and vice versa. There will be an option for this with your resort booking confirmation.
You will need to set it up with the resort online or over the phone once you have your flight information confirmed.
