Attire: Garden Party Formal We kindly ask our guests to dress in garden party attire—midi or floor-length dresses, suits, and dress shirts. Ladies, please note: The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass. To ensure comfort, we recommend avoiding narrow heels and opting for a block heel or wedge. You're also welcome to bring a pair of comfortable shoes for dancing later in the evening. If you’re looking for some inspiration, I’ve put together this Pinterest board: https://pin.it/unSr2JrqR
Yes! There’s plenty of parking available at the venue.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy a walk through the garden and find your seat.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Dinner will take place under a large tent. August in Washington typically brings warm, sunny weather—expect temperatures in the high 70s to low 80s during the day. As the sun sets, it may cool off a bit, so feel free to bring a light layer.
We’ll be serving a plated dinner with two entrée options to choose from when you RSVP. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Henry or Lindsey—we’ll be happy to make the appropriate accommodations.
We kindly ask that you leave the kids at home, as our wedding will be adults-only.
Of course! We're Cougs ;) We’ll be offering a selection of beer, seltzer, and wine, along with a couple signature cocktails. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available!
