Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

We chose an all-inclusive resort because we want to spend as much time with everyone as possible and not have to squeeze it into just one night. There is a resort fee for any wedding guests not wanting to stay on the property to attend the wedding events.

How long do we need to stay?

Answer

The minimum requirement for the wedding is 3 nights. We have blocked rates around our wedding date for guaranteed low rates, but you can choose any dates you want through the booking website to fully enjoy your time in Mexico!

Are flights included?

Answer

Flights are not included in the room booking in order to allow our guests flexibility in travel times and dates. This also allows people to use any perks (credit card points, etc.) they may have.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes — please note that passports cannot be expired and must be valid within 6 months of December 2026, so please renew within a timely manner.

We chose a family-friendly resort where you will find joy in the Kids’ Club, a playful world where imagination and laughter bloom freely.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As we are hosting a destination wedding, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible once you receive your Save the Date. The hotel block will close October 13th, 2026. Since the room inventory can sell quickly with destination weddings, please let us know as soon as possible if you are able to attend so we can plan accordingly.

Are there different room types or price tiers?

Room Type & Occupancy: Hacienda Garden View - $446.00 [single occupancy] or $495.00 [double occupancy] Cabo Ocean View - $476.00 [single occupancy] or $528.00 [double occupancy] Baja Ocean - $526.00 [single occupancy] or $584.00 [double occupancy] All rates are quoted in single or double occupancy in an all-inclusive plan. A fee of $190.00/night, taxes and service charge included for a third adult in the room. Children 13 years and older will be paying the full rate as an adult. Kids from: 5 to 12 years old: $95/per night USD 0 to 4 years old: do not pay, as long as they share with 1 adult per room and do not exceed the max occupancy per room. What is the dress code?

Our wedding will be Beach Chic. We recommend elegant yet comfortable attire. Think lightweight fabrics, resort-style dresses, linen shirts or suits, and comfortable footwear suitable for sand.

What’s the weather like that time of year?

Answer

December in Cabo is warm, sunny, and one of the most comfortable times of year. Expect daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low-80s°F, cooler evenings in the 60s°F, low humidity, and very little rain. Light layers are perfect for evenings by the water.

Can I bring friends who aren’t attending the wedding?

Answer

Due to event capacity and planning considerations, we will only be able to accommodate the guests formally invited for the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with everyone who’s able to join us. However, depending on hotel capacity, you may be able to travel and bring friends to Cabo who aren't attending the wedding.
