I recommend VRBO or Airbnb and splitting it with people you know are coming as well. Lot's of amazing places to stay on Lake Champlain. I wouldn't stay any further south of Burlington.

This is one of the very few hotels that would be minutes away from the Farm. Right in the center of St. Albans where you can get super yummy food steps away from your room!

A little further out, but if you plan on staying for a few days, then this is the spot for you! It is a beautiful inn right in the town of Jeffersonville with pubs and other restaurants along with hiking trails all around!
