Grand Haven State Park
Weston and I have gone on many dates at Grand Haven State Park. This is easily my favorite beach in all of Michigan. Perfect for a day at the beach, walking the board walk to the pier, shopping in town, and grabbing some food at the local restaurants.
Snug Harbor & Jelly's
We love going to Jelly's rooftop bar for drinks and appetizers which overlooks the Grand Haven Channel. Perfect view to watch the boats come and go. Snug Harbor is a restaurant located below Jelly's with the same view of the channel.
Pronto Pup
It's more than just a corn dog! It's a West Michigan Delicacy. This tiny restaurant is located just next to Snug Harbor and Jelly's right on the Grand Haven Channel. Weston and I usually walk away with a handful of corn dogs each.
Kirby House
Located across the street from the Grand Haven Channel, still has a great view of the water. They have awesome burgers!
Odd Side Ales
Great brewery located in the center of Downtown Grand Haven!
Old Boys’ Brewhouse
Located across the street from the Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake (where room blocks are reserved) with a great view of the Grand Haven Channel.
Captain Custard
Weston and I order something from Captain Custard every single time we visit Grand Haven in the summer. I love the shaved ice (they have about 100 flavors). Located right on the board walk, it's perfect for grabbing a treat before your walk to the pier.
