COVID-19 Facts

Answer

Please keep us in your thoughts on our special day and do not attend our wedding if you are not feeling well or if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. Please screen yourself prior to attending the wedding and stay home if you have: - A fever greater than 100F/37.8C - A severe cough that started or has gotten worse in the last 48 hours - Shortness of Breath that started in the last 48 hours - An unmasked exposure with a COVID-19 positive person within 6 feet and for 15 minutes Mild Symptoms of COVID-19 Include: - Muscle Aches - Runny Nose - Nasal Congestion - Sore Throat - Nausea - Feeling More Tired Than Usual - Loss of Taste or Smell - Chills - Diarrhea

Question

What safety precautions has the Trillium taken due to COVID-19.

Answer

The Trillium has a maximum capacity of 600 people in the ballroom and has reduced events to 50% capacity to allow for social distancing. There is also a beautiful outdoor tent with a capacity of 225 people reserved for our reception if needed pending state gathering restrictions. The Trillium has taken the following precautions: - Requiring all staff members wear masks - Staff will be serving food with gloves and masks to guest behind plexiglass to ensure no guests are handling food - Numerous hand sanitizing stations for guests Masks will be provided to guests at the wedding by the hosts if you choose to wear a mask or feel more comfortable with one on, though masks are not required to guests.

What if I would like to change my RSVP response do to COVID-19?

Answer

We want all guest to feel comfortable coming to our wedding and we understand if you do not feel this way with large gatherings at this time. If this changes your original RSVP response, please send an email to ConradoWedding@gmail.com NO LATER THAN July 25th, 2020 with your updated RSVP response.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but this is an adult-only wedding. Leave the kiddos at home and enjoy a night out!

What happens if the weather does not cooperate?

Answer

Prayers and fingers crossed it's a beautiful day! If the weather does not cooperate, we will move the ceremony inside the Trillium or have an outdoor tent. No worries!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Please no jeans. The Ceremony will be outdoors on the grass. The reception may also be outside under a tented area pending state gathering restrictions at the time.

What time is the ceremony and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Seating will begin at 4:00pm, please arrive with time to spare. (Try to be seated no later than 4:15pm).

Can I take photos/videos at your wedding?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please turn off all cell phones, cameras or other devices, and put them away for the entire ceremony. We want to see your smiling faces without the distraction of your electronics. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer and promise to share the images of the day with you! During the reception, you are welcome to capture all of the moments you would like, as long as you do not get in the way of our professionals.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking right at the Trillium Catering and Event Center. Overnight parking is allowed if needed! Please take an Uber and be safe!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, though if you do wish to buy us something, a monetary contribution to our future home would be appreciated. We are also registered at Target & Amazon.
