Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm in the Greenhouse at The Barn on the Pemi. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts to settle in. Immediately after the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour in the Barn (located on the same property) where hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be available. Dinner, cocktails and dancing to follow!

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus making several stops to The Fairfield Inn and Best Western as well as a Trolley from the Common Man. The bus will arrive at The Fairfield Inn at 3:30 pm and then the Best Western at 3:45 pm. The bus will depart The Barn on the Pemi at 8:20 pm for those who wish to leave early. The last bus will depart at 11:15 pm and will drop guests off at The Fairfield Inn and The Best Western. For those staying at The Common Man, a trolly will be available at 11:15 pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are only able to invite a few close family members' children.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know in the RSVP section and we will make sure the venue is aware.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the Barn on the Pemi. We recommend taking advantage of the provided transportation if you will be drinking.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors with an outdoor section for cocktail hour. A light jacket is always recommended for New England.
