We absolutely love your little ones, and they are more than welcome at the Welcome Party (it’s at an aquarium!) and the Saturday Brunch. For the wedding ceremony, reception, and after party, we kindly ask that it be an adults-only celebration. If parents are finding that this will result in your not being able to join, please let us know - we are looking into local options for professional childcare at the venue to help make things easier for parents—more details to come!

The ceremony begins at 4:00PM on Friday, September 19. Please arrive between 3:00-3:45PM.

Answer

Yes! We booked a free shuttle from the hotels and the wedding venue. There are two separate shuttles, one for each hotel (Fairfield in Poulsbo and Marshall Suites in Bainbridge). They will be running from 3:00PM - 2:00AM, every 30 minutes. This will also drop off guests at the Brass Kraken Pub for the after party after the reception ends at 10PM.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Answer

As Poulsbo is outside of Seattle, we suggest renting a car and or taking a lyft or uber to the Seattle/Bainbridge Ferry Terminal in downtown Seattle. You can either walk or drive onto the ferry for a fee, which will take you to Bainbridge. Note that the ferry will cost $10.25 for adults age (19-64) and $18.25 for the vehicle. From the Bainbridge Ferry Terminal you can navigate to your hotel.
