We request that our guests turn off and put away their phones/cameras for the entirety of the ceremony. We have a professional photographer to document the day and would rather our guests be present. There will be a 34-person shuttle operating between Delamar Hotel and Timberlee Hills. Details found on the travel & stays tab. Uber/Lyft may be limited so we suggest calling a local taxi company and scheduling a ride in advance if you don't plan on utilizing the shuttle service. Additionally, Sutton Bay Ciders and Timberlee Hills has free overnight parking.
The open bar starts at 4pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!
Our special day is an adult-only occasion unless specifically invited.
Flying directly into Traverse City (TVC airport) is the most convenient option for a 10 minute drive to downtown and 20 minute drive to our wedding venue. If you are looking for less expensive options or more flexible flight times: Grand Rapids, MI (GRR airport) is a 2 hour drive, Detroit, MI (DTW airport) is a 4 hour drive, and Chicago, IL (ORD airport) is a 5 hour drive.
Rooms are still available at the Delamar Traverse City, but no longer available under our block rate. Park Place Hotel, Parkshore Resort, and AirBnB/VRBO are also great options!
