Question

When do I need to book my room at the resort?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as possible! We have a discount code with our travel agent (see Travel tab). This code expires on October 18th. You will still be able to book after that date; however rooms will fill up fast and you will not be able to use the discount code.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please contact Michael at MBWoliver@gmail.com by November 1st with details of whatever you need.

Is there a dress code at the resort?

Answer

Yes! As per the resort website, before 6:00 pm most indoor restaurants and bars allow shorts, cover ups and t-shirts. Men's tank tops, any swimwear and wet clothes are not allowed. Footwear must be worn at all times. After 6:00pm most indoor bars and restaurants require a "casual elegance" dress code which is described as for men- dress pants, dress shirt or polo shirt. For ladies- pants, capri pants, skirts, dresses and blouses. Casual shoes or "elegant" sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts or flip flops are not allowed.

What should I wear at the wedding?

Answer

Beach formal? What's that? Essentially anything you'd wear to a fancy restaurant on a summer night is appropriate. Fellas: no shorts, no jeans, or any combination of the two.

Is the wedding on the sand?

Answer

Yes! We are getting married on the beach and we will have a shoe valet for anyone that wants to go barefoot.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

The short answer is: yes. Any guests attending the wedding must be staying at the resort on Saturday. If you are thinking of staying off-site, please let us know!

I hear there will be a golf outing on Thursday morning; can I join?

Answer
