Guinness Open Gate Brewery
A great spot close to the BWI airport, with a large beer garden and indoor restaurant and bar. Fun fact, this is the only Guinness brewery outside of Ireland. So don’t miss it, laddy! 🍀
Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine
Located in the heart of Baltimore City, this national park site is where the famous 1814 battle that inspired the “Star Spangled Banner” took place. Oh say should you see this historical landmark during your visit! 🇺🇸
Sagamore Spirit Distillery
One of the few whiskey distilleries in Baltimore, there’s a wide variety of mashes and a great overlook of the Inner Harbor. Try to book a whiskey tour and drink a highball in Balmore, hon! 🥃
National Mall
If you have any extra time during your visit, a trip to DC is only a short drive away and jam-packed with all the national treasures.
Inner Harbor
The Baltimore Inner Harbor has a plethora of activities to choose from, whether it’s experiencing the National Aquarium or Maryland Science Center, or just looking at tall wooden ships. There’s also a multitude of restaurants where one can find all the seafoods! 🦀

Right here in Columbia, this is a great spot for a beer 🍻
Dive Bar and Grille
This bar and restaurant is a good spot to hang prior to the wedding ceremony, especially for those taking the first shuttle over to the venue. It is conveniently located in Historic Savage Mill, just to the right of the Great Room!
Bonheur Patisserie & Deli
This little gem has a wonderful selection of pastries, cakes, and breakfast and lunch items. It’s a short walk away from the two hotels that we’ve booked rooms over the wedding weekend.
