Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest airport to Boulder. From there you can rent a car or take a Lyft/Uber. Note that to get around to any activities you'd like to do (hikes, sightseeing, etc) it may make the most sense to rent a car as the Denver/Boulder metro area is pretty spread out.
