Welcome Drinks

If you are in town early, join us for welcome drinks the evening before the wedding at Rayback Collective in Boulder! This is an informal gathering to kick off the festivities, say hello, and spend time with everyone before the big day. No need to RSVP or dress up—just swing by, grab a drink, and relax. While food isn’t provided, there will be food trucks on site if you’d like to grab your own bite—otherwise, we recommend eating beforehand.

Busses will be picking up at Boulder Marriott at 2pm, to arrive at Planet Bluegrass by 2:30pm.
Wedding

Casual Cocktail Attire: For women that means cocktail dresses, LBDs, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, jackets & slacks or a suit but no need to wear a tie.
SHOES: Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the grass and the restrooms are a short walk away over a pebble path. Flats, chunky heels or even boots (if you'd like) will be best. We want you to be comfortable! The average temperature ranges from the high 70s during the day, to around 60 when the sun goes down. We plan to be outside, weather permitting, for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Transportation: There will be three buses running to the Planet Bluegrass from the Boulder Marriott, leaving at 2 pm sharp. If you miss these buses, you will need to catch a ride from someone driving or grab an Uber or Lyft. At Planet Bluegrass, the buses will be available for rides back to the hotel throughout the evening, and the final buses will depart at 10 pm. Note that we can leave cars there overnight, but we must get them by 10am Saturday.
