What’s the dress code?

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The deadline is February 20, 2021 and must be completed online.

Can I call an Uber/Lyft to pick me up from the venue?

Answer

Grand Islands recommends these arrangements be scheduled with Uber/Lyft in advance, as it is difficult to get a pick up from the mansion location.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your day off!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time should I arrive?

Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes early. Please give yourself enough time to park at the onsite lot and walk to the ceremony area.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. *subject to change depending on weather*

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Following the ceremony, hors d'oeuvre will be served before a full sit down meal.
