Becca is one of Lindsay's sisters. She has been there for Lindsay her whole life ;) And has supported her through so much. There is no love quite like sisters, and Becca has helped show me that.

Carter Schwantes

Best Man

Carter is one of Colby's brothers. He has always been there for Colby and is one of the most important people in his life. He has always been an outlet for him to talk and hang out. Colby is honored to have Carter stand by him on his big day.

Gracie Stephens

Gracie is one of Lindsay's sisters. She has also been there for Lindsay her whole life ;) And has shown her unconditional love throughout the years. Lindsay is beyond grateful to have a sister and friend like her.

Spencer Schwantes

Best Man

Spencer is also one of Colby's brothers. He has been a role model for Colby and has helped shape who he is today. Colby feels lucky to have grown up with him, and even luckier to have his support on his wedding day.

Maria and Lindsay met at Des Moines Christian School when Lindsay transferred there in 6th grade. They were fast friends, but somewhere along the way, they became best friends. Lindsay could not have imagined her big day without Maria there.

Kyle Dirks

Kyle has been one of Colby's oldest friends since he can remember. Kyle and Colby graduated high school together, and have made many memories along the way. He can't tell you when they met, but they have been hanging out ever since. He has always been a day-one kind of friend, and his home is Colby's home away from his own.

Lisi and Lindsay also met at Des Moines Christian School when Lindsay transferred there in 6th grade. Lisi was one of the first people to talk to Lindsay, and they haven't stopped talking since. Lindsay is grateful for Lisi's constant love and sunshine and is honored to have her as a bridesmaid.

Kieran Shawhan

Kieran met Colby in middle school, and they have been close friends ever since. They have spent countless nights driving around in his truck looking for things to do. He has always been a person Colby can go to for advice whenever he needs it. Colby is grateful for Kieran's friendship and support on this big day.

Emily Walker

Emily and Lindsay met in 2020 when Emily started working at CFA. Lindsay had worked there for about a year and continued working there solely because of the friendship she found in Emily. Emily is wise beyond her years, and Lindsay is so grateful for all the laughs and advice she has given her throughout the years.

Sam Caron

Sam and Colby have been friends since in middle school, and graduated high school together. Since then, they have made so many memories together and are lucky enough to attend Iowa State and continue making memories. He is wise and always has the ability to make you laugh. Colby is lucky to have a friend like Sam accompany him on his wedding day.

Krista and Lindsay met their freshman year of college at a dance club, and are still dancing together to this day. Krista can make anything funny and is so adventurous. Lindsay is so grateful for a genuine friend like Krista and is beyond lucky to have her support on her big day.

Hunter Schneider

Hunter and Colby formally met their first year at Iowa State. He was introduced to Colby through a mutual friend between the two. Hunter shares many of the same interests as Colby and is always down to go out and do those things. He is charismatic and able to make friends with nearly anyone. He has made an impression on Colby's life in the short time he has been in it, and Colby is glad to have a friend like him.

Steven also met Colby during their freshman year in College, as they lived in the same dorm, just across the hall from each other. Since then, they have gone on trips, explored campus, and made lots of fun memories. Steven has always been a great person to have deep conversations with and always has the right advice. He has become one of Colby's closest friends in the short time they have known each other.

Justin and Colby met during their freshman year when they lived across the hall from each other at Larch residence hall. Justin and Colby have many memories together and have enjoyed traveling to new places with one another. Colby is grateful to have Justin's support on his big day.

Aidan Sorenson

Aidan and Colby became fast friends during their freshman year, when they met in Larch residence hall. Aidan has always been a supporter of Lindsay and Colby's relationship, and Lindsay has found a good friend in him as well. Aidan is a great listener and friend, and Colby is lucky to have him.

Cookie Cranston

Honored Attendent

Allene Cranston, known as Cookie to most, was Lindsay's grandmother. Cookie passed on 3-24-25, but before this, Lindsay and Colby were planning on asking her to be their "flower grandma". If you had the honor of knowing Cookie, you knew what a lovely person she was. She had many titles and was the best Grandmother, mother, and sister. She loved Colby, and Colby loved her. Though she was only days away from passing, Colby told her of his plans to propose and showed her the ring. She was so excited for Lindsay and Colby, and they know she will be watching their big day from Heaven. Her presence will be greatly missed on Lindsay's wedding day and she will have a front-row seat at the ceremony reserved in her honor.
