Chris says, "I saw her first, there at the table and that was it... She was beautiful... Game on." Lindsay says, "There he was across the table from me in cargo shorts wearing a trucker hat that had a patch with a rooster on it prominently labeled "Cock"... "Who does this guy think he is?" Less than 90 days later we went on our first date, opening night, "Phantom of The Opera" at Segerstrom Theatre in Costa Mesa, CA. (Lindsay still denies it was a date.) Within a year she conceded that we were officially dating and not just "talking"... many years later we have built a life together. (This we both agree on). Extraordinary relationships take extraordinary investment. We have indeed built something extraordinary... Here's a few questions we have been asked over the years: What is your most memorable date? It would have to be our picnic in Catalina. We flew over in the morning on a private helicopter, grabbed a taxi to the other side of the island to a private beach where we enjoyed a day of sand, sun, swimming, and champaign. We taxied back to Avalon, had dinner and then flew back to Long Beach at sunset. What's your favorite thing to do? We love sports and music, so we go to a lot of concerts and sporting events. Chris made Lindsay a New Orleans Saints, LSU Tigers, and most recently a Dallas Mavericks fan! We have been to 6 Brian McKnight concerts over the last 10 years. We also love music festivals and have been to Bonnaroo, Kaboo, Ultra, EDC, Tomorrowland, New Orleans Jazz Fest, Desert Trip, and SXSW. What is your favorite place you have travelled to together? Its a tie between Brussels Belgium and Dubrovnik Croatia. We loved being in Brussels on their National Day. All the businesses were closed, and every pub was spilling out into the streets in celebration, the city was full of life. Dubrovnik was our last stop on a weeklong private cruise in the Mediterranean Sea. It's something out of a storybook that captures your heart and takes your breath away. How did he ask you to marry him? On September 26th, 2025, Chris and Lindsay invited their best friends Kenny and Kellie Parkerson and David and Martika Luckey to Las Vegas for the weekend. On that night they had dinner at Mayfair Supper Club. Unknown to Lindsay Chris had arranged after-dinner champaign at "The Table in Heaven" fountain-side at the Bellagio. The host at the Mayfair came to the table and offered everyone a VIP tour backstage. We walked through the kitchen and out a private door, down a long set of stairs... As we arrived at the small private patio Lindsay knew something was up... Chris came around and took a knee. She said yes... And as if it were timed just right the music started and the fountains erupted... It was perfect.
