The Holiday Inn

We have locked in special rates for our guests! Please call to book and do not complete online as you will not get the reserved rate. When you call, please state Linda Hagen and Christopher Mila Wedding. CODE: "HMW" Please note: These are not room blocks, therefore it is first come, first served. We recommend you book ASAP as there are other weddings that same June weekend at the venue and this is the closest hotel so they will book fast! Also, check-in is at 3pm! Please call day of or day before to see if you can check-in early, it is not guaranteed but worth a try if you need it. If you are utilizing shuttle (trolley) it will be leaving at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Trolley from Holiday Inn to Castleton

June 5, 2021 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm

We will have a trolley running from the hotel - Holiday Inn in Salem, NH - to our venue - Castleton in Windham, NH! Ceremony shuttle times: Trolley will leave Holiday Inn in Salem to Castleton at: 3:30pm and 4:00pm to ensure time for arrival and seating for the ceremony to begin at 4:30pm. Other times: Trolley will run on as needed basis from 8pm - 11pm if anyone should choose to return to the hotel before the reception ends (10:30pm) and will run once or twice (as needed) after 10:30pm to get bridal party and guests back to the hotel safely. Trolley can hold up to thirty (30) people in one trip only. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
