Yes, you can find anything at Costco, even LOVE! We first met at Costco as coworkers, but didn’t really speak much to one another. Every now and then we would hangout in a big group with other coworkers. We would make small talk here and there, but never really thought much of it. Slowly, our small talks grew to secret handshakes (that we could never remember). Eventually our group grew smaller, and we grew closer. Before we knew it we had gone from coworkers, to friends, to falling in love ! "Brian planned a surprise proposal at Nelson's at Terranea, a BEAUTIFUL resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. He had my family tell me we were going there to celebrate my brother’s first father’s day. Then when we arrived they told me we were going to walk down to the water to take a family photo in a beautiful spot where the ocean splashed up to the rocks. We get to the spot and he turns me around to face the water and just hugs me. He hugged me so tightly for a minute, and I just remember taking in such a beautiful view and a special moment. When he turns me back around I see his parents and a couple of my best friends were there too! They had flown in from Texas! I was confused for a second and I looked closer to see everyone was holding up giant signs with pictures of Brian and I that read, ‘Will you be my foreva?’ Then, on June 15th, 2019, Brian got down on one knee and with the most nervous and cutest look on his face he pulls out the most amazing ring and he asked, ‘Linda Graciela Gomez, will you marry me?’ Immediately my eyes filled with tears and I said YES!!! It was more than what I had dreamt it could be. We celebrated that magical night with our family and friends! Now, very soon, we will be HUSBAND & WIFE!" - Linda
