Matron of Honor
Being Linda's one and only sibling, it is pretty lucky that they turned out to like each other! Lisa and Linda are on the same wavelength 99% of the time, and more often than not are the only ones who understand each others' jokes fully. Linda is so happy her sister is taking on this big job, as she did 5 years ago for her!
Best Man
Peter and Jacob have known each other for 24+ years, and their mother is pleasantly surprised that their relationship is what it is today.
Bridesmaid
Cousins by blood, sisters at heart, Chelsea and Linda have grown up together as one of the oldest, and the youngest, cousins. While much fun has been had with the whole family, these two have had their fair share of adventures with each other as well.
Groomsman
Aldo and Jacob share a love of strong drink and Hoepf women, most notably Sue, who is the best.
Bridesmaid
From one of our favorite movie quotes, "We finish each others'...........sandwiches." (Frozen) The instant these two met at their first college in Illinois, they understood each other on a level no one else could. The first few days after meeting, Linda did what she thinks was still creepy at the time, asked Laura to be her roommate sophomore year. Spoiler Alert: she agreed and they've been great friends ever since.
Groomsman
Nathan and Jacob ran track and cross country together in college, and managed to tolerate each other as roommates for two years. This relationship includes such fond memories as Nathan telling Jacob to clean something up, and Jacob not cleaning it up.
Bridesmaid
Meeting through a mutual friend, MaryKate and Linda were fast friends. They were spunky roommates for a year in that Forest Park apartment, it went WAY too fast. Getting engaged only a few months apart, they enjoyed planning their weddings together, and celebrating them together too!
Groomsman
Jeff and Jacob have been coworkers twice over, and friends longer than they care to remember. Also Jeff sold Jacob his Xbox for a really good deal so Jacob owed him one.
Bridesmaid
Their parents being life-long friends, Audrey and Linda grew up shoveling horse stalls, wrestling whenever possible, and hunting for the newest litter of kittens on the Flood Farm. Their love and friendship is so deep it goes without words.......more so the occasional poke.
Groomsman
Jacob and Elliott share the mixed blessing of growing up in the Burrell family (mixed only because there are no new jokes. Everybody has already heard every joke, so they just sit around referencing British comedy from the 1960s. This is every family get-together). Also, Jacob's fondest memory of Elliott is when Elliott swung him in a circle and dropped him, scraping his knee. It was Easter. Elliott still feels bad about it.
Bridesmaid
Going to a new school, in a new state, away from everyone you know can be intimidating, but meeting Taylor Week 0 of college made a big difference. Linda and Taylor lived only a couple doors down from each other and were always liable to be in the others' dorm room. Linda developed a curiosity of Wisconsin vocabulary, and Taylor an idea of Ohio cuisine. Together they became sorority sisters by chance and lifelong 'Buddies' by choice.
Groomsman
Taylor and Jacob have yet to find anyone else whose thought process most closely resembles theirs, much to the relief of the world. The yin to the others' yang, they are also the only people who can reliably make the other laugh.
Bridesmaid
Linda and Katelyn first met through mutual friends and bridal party members MaryKate and Jeffery Snyder. These two have become fast friends in the last 3 years sharing passions, hobbies, and their sense of humor. They know when to give each other a shoulder to cry on, but also when to whip the other back into shape! Common topics you may overhear them discussing: houseplants, dogs, and naps.
Groomsman
Jacob and Anthony share the distinction of being former runners (Anthony by injury, Jacob because he is working on his fat stores for the winter). They brew beer, fly kites, and throw bottle rockets into fire pits in their free time.
Flower Girl
Gwen is a firecracker among the rest of us. She is smart and sassy and spunky. Everything you need to make an excellent flower girl!
Ring Bearer
Oliver is Linda's (and soon to be Jacob's) nephew, son of bridal party's Lisa and Aldo Cattoi. Oliver is the happiest boy and is sure to bring you a smile as he makes his way down the aisle as our Ring Bearer.
