Question

when should i RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 15. You can do so by navigating to the "RSVP" page on this website.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held, and when?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Oviatt penthouse, located in the historic James Oviatt building: 617 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Please arrive by 5:30pm.

Question

What hotel should I book if I want to stay downtown?

Answer

We highly recommend you stay at the Hotel Per La, which is a 1 minute walk away from our venue. We have a room block for our guests at the hotel (for Thursday 6/13 through Monday 6/17) that comes with a discount. To access this discount and book your stay, please visit our "Accommodations" page.

Where will we park?

Answer

We will be providing complementary valet for our guests driving to our venue, starting at 5:15pm. You just need to drive up outside of the building and your car will be parked in the venue's garage. Unless you're parking at your hotel, there is no need to try to park anywhere else in downtown - this is the safest, fastest option and free to you!

i don't usually drive downtown, what can i expect?

Answer

We ask that you please give yourself plenty of time to get to our venue! Directions can sometimes get confusing while driving downtown, and you will want to give yourself ample time in case a wrong turn is made.

How exactly do we get to the venue when we arrive?

Answer

On the street level, there will be an attendant outside of the elevators. They will call the elevator for you and send you up to the penthouse on the top floor.

What is the attire for the day?

Answer

Our vision for the day is a rooftop garden soirée, that channels the old Hollywood glamour of our historic urban location. We encourage you to dress in cocktail attire - think chic and stylish, with a touch of whimsy. Please note, most of the evening will take place outside, and with unpredictable June weather, we advise you bring a light jacket just in case!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we would love to have your little ones join us on our special day, due to venue capacity restrictions we unfortunately cannot accommodate children, unless otherwise specified on your RSVP.

Who should we contact if we have questions?

Answer

Feel free to contact the bride or groom with questions, before the week of the wedding. If you have any questions DURING the week of the wedding and on the day, please contact our wedding coordinator, Cynthia, at (626) 484-9052‬.
