You have to call the hotel and ask for the "Seglin/Kagan" room block to get a 10% discount -- you cannot currently book rooms from the block online. The Drift hotel is 4 minutes (1.7 miles) from Baker's Cay, where the ceremony & reception will be.
Flight
Airports: MIA or FLL
Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport. It's about ~1hr 20 min to Baker's Cay. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is ~2 hours from Baker's Cay. Key West International Airport is also ~2 hours from Baker's Cay.
Travel Note
Airport to Hotel Transport
All wedding-related events will be at or near Baker's Cay, so you don't need a rental car. But it might be the best deal (especially if you want to do any exploring while you're in Florida). Uber/Lyft from MIA to Key Largo is about $85-$100 each way.
