Worked together as a Residential Childcare Worker as colleagues. He was stationed in the same group home where I worked in April 2020.

Had our first date at Yard house after work. Yes, still in my work clothes while he dressed for the occasion. My question to him was "Do you like me like romantically?" He blushed and said, "...yeah" while smiling ear to ear.

We went on a mini-Boba date at It's Boba Time because he never had one before. I popped the question first "Do you want to be my boyfriend?" He bashfully responded with "...yeah" while smiling ear to ear. And that's how we became official!

Nestor's mom has a cute little black dog who gave birth to more puppies, Haku was among the little fur babies and the little runt of the pack. He got his name from a dragon character from Studio Ghibli whose name was Haku since Haku was also born the year of the dragon.

In front of my whole family during the annual Cha Family Christmas Celebration and on this day (also Haku's birthday), he popped the question and proposed. He got down on one knee and said, "there's no doubt that I want to spend the rest of my life with you." I responded with a "YES" and cried happy tears.

Nestor and I would love for all our family and friends to celebrate our wedding as well as the union of two families. We are excited and can't wait for all of you to join us on our special day!
