Question

What's the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible but no later than April 1, please.

Question

What is Bainfield farm like?

Answer

Bainfield was once a family farm (in the middle of nowhere) that has been converted into a beautiful wedding venue. The chapel has central air but also gets lots of warm natural light. The reception hall is a short walk down the hill and also has a/c. There will also be a tent so everyone can sit comfortably for dinner and still leave room inside for dancing. The farm has packed-gravel paths and there are grassy, rolling hills. There's even a pond for fishing and a patio out back for games and good conversation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at the farm. Think summer dresses with flats/wedges for the gravel paths and a light dress shirt with khakis/lightweight slacks. Jackets and ties are optional. Whatever you wear, make sure you can dance in it!

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

The chapel is on a hill in the middle of the farm. The reception venue is a short walk down the hill.

Question

What's the food situation?

Answer

We will serve dinner and there will also be a coffee bar.

Question

Can I bring a date or my kids?

Answer

The chapel is on the small side so unless your plus one or kids are on the invitation, please check with us first. If we can accommodate them, we will! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There should be an attendant who will tell you where to park. If not, follow the pattern that they have already started.

Question

Is there a golf cart if I have trouble walking?

Answer

We will have a golf cart that can take you from the parking area to the chapel and the reception.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Zola, Target, Amazon

Question

Should I stay in Columbus or Tuscaloosa.

Answer

There's more to do in Tuscaloosa, but Columbus is closer to the venue. See the Travel section for more information.

Question

What is there to do in Tuscaloosa?

Answer

See the "Things to Do" section for some of our favorite places in T-town.
