Please RSVP and answer all of the prompted questions applicable to you by April 18th, 2026, as we need to finalize food and seating with the venue. If you can not come, please still complete your RSVP and specify that for us, as there will be seating at assigned tables. If you do not RSVP either yes or no, there will not be a seat for you at the ceremony or at dinner. Please make sure to complete the RSVP by the deadline to ensure that we make room for you and have dinner to serve you. If you or someone you know has been invited is technologically challenged, please reach out to Lily to confirm RSVP at (207)631-8634
If your child or children were listed by name on the RSVP page, they are invited to the ceremony & reception, and we hope that they can make it. You are not obligated to bring them if you'd rather find childcare, we just ask that you specify that when you RSVP. Highchairs will be provided by the venue as needed, and if you need one, we ask for that to be specified when you RSVP. We ask that arrangements be made ahead of time for all children who are not up for the party or you do not want around loud music with foul language or inebriated adults to leave the venue between 7:30-8:00 pm, as the atmosphere may no longer be child friendly.
The ceremony will be outside, on grass, in early June, so weather may be unpredictable. We're hopeful it will be sunny and warm, but not hot. We hope people will dress their best, formal recommended (not black tie, not casual). No jeans, no neon colors, and ladies please do not wear white (babies are an exception, of course). Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, so ladies choose your shoes accordingly.
Yes! For anyone who is of the legal age and is interested in consuming alcohol during the cocktail hour, there will be a cash car available. During dinner and the reception, there will be drink tickets available at your seats for a select amount of free drinks. Otherwise, the bar will take cash or card payments. Please make sure to bring your ID, and be aware that the entire wedding will be shut down immediately if anyone under the age of 21 is found to be consuming alcohol, or anyone has provided alcohol to anyone under the legal age. Please drink responsibly, and party accordingly.
Guests not involved in set up or break down of the wedding or vendor areas must leave the venue by 10:00pm, BUT we will be continuing the party off-site for invited guests at a friend's house nearby.
Yes! We understand that we have multiple guests who choose not to eat meat, and we have elected to provide a vegetarian option for a dinner entree. Full menus will be provided at each table setting for what will be available at the buffet, including salad, dinner rolls, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, chicken, fish, and dessert.
If you or anyone you have RSVP'd for can no longer make it after the deadline, please reach out to Lily as soon as possible so accommodations can be made. Unfortunately, if you RSVP that you can not make it, or do not respond before April 18th, additions to the guest list can not be made after the RSVP deadline.
