Dress comfy and ready to help set up. Bridesmaids, bring the shoes you plan to wear to the wedding to practice walking. If you want to bring nicer clothes for dinner, by all means!
If you are a member of the bridal party (i.e. if you are going to be walking down the isle at the ceremony) please make sure to attend this event as the rehearsal will take place at some point within this timeframe. If you would like to attend and lend a hand setting up the tables, flowers, and other decor with the bridal party and family, we would greatly appreciate your help! Set-up and rehearsal of the ceremony will be from 11am-6pm (that is the time that we have access to the venue). The walk-through/rehearsal will be from 3:30-4:30pm - we'll be decorating and setting up before and after that. In terms of food during the set up and rehearsal: no outside food is allowed inside the venue, so if you want food or snacks to eat during set up before dinner, please leave it in your car and feel free to run out and eat/take a break whenever you'd like. Dinner will be off-site after this (somewhere between 6:00 and 7:30pm). More details on food and location to come.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Please dress your best, formal recommended; we want to see you all dressed up!
Please try to arrive at the venue and find your seat at the ceremony by 3:45. Please silence your phones and put them away, as the ceremony will be unplugged, with the exception of some specifically asked to take photos with the couples' phones. The ceremony will be outside in early June, and on grass. Please choose your clothing and shoes accordingly. We simply ask no jeans, no neon colors, and ladies please no white.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

The cocktail hour will be held indoors. There will be hors d'oeuvres available along with an open bar.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Tables will be assigned for seating. Dinner will be served buffet-style, including meat & vegetarian options + sides. Plates will be located at the start of the buffet; no need to bring the charger plates up with you. Dessert will be served after dinner. Bring your dancing shoes and be prepared to party!
