Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort

This is where the ceremony and reception will take place! There are a limited number of rooms available if you would like to stay onsite. Rooms are offered on a first come, first served basis but our reserved block will be released mid-March, so do book early. The rooms start at $209/night and are available for both April 29 and 30. How to book: Please contact Laura Marshall at (520) 901-1305 or lmarshall@haciendadelsol.com and reference the Isaac/Dai wedding for our room block and discounted rates.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson Paloma Village

We also have a hotel block at Embassy Suites, two miles away from the wedding venue. How to book: Rooms are available for $159/night. Click "view" below to book online and get our rate or call the hotel directly. Make sure to reference the "Isaac/Dai Wedding Block" or "IDW". Our rate is available for the night before and night of the wedding (April 29 and 30). If you would like to stay longer, call the hotel directly and they will honor the rate for up to 3 nights before and after. Book as soon as possible in order to guarantee a room in our block.

Travel Note

Getting to Tucson

Tucson has a small regional airport (TUS) that is a 30 minute car ride from the reception venue. You can fly directly to TUS from most major West Coast cities and Dallas. Phoenix has a larger airport (PHX) that has more direct flights to major cities and is about 1 hour and 40 minutes from the reception venue. If you choose to fly into PHX and aren't booking a car, we recommend using Groome Transportation Shuttles (click 'view' below). They run once an hour and cost $43 per person. If you book with Groome, use the Speedway pick up/drop off location, which is about 7 miles from the reception venue.
