Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, Summer Cocktail. Our rooftop wedding embraces a Mediterranean summer vibe, so think breezy and colorful. San Diego will be in the 70s at this time and temperatures will drop once the sun goes down, we recommend bringing a jacket. All wedding events will take place outside overlooking the pacific ocean. Examples include linen or light fabric suits for men paired with loafers or blazers with slacks. Feel free to mix n match colors. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We are asking our guests to kindly RSVP no later than Monday, August 4th, 2025 to allow ample time to finalize details with the complete guest count. The sooner the better! If you RSVP after this date we cannot guarantee that a seat/meal will be available for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:30pm. The elevator in the building is a bit slow so please make sure you arrive by this time so you have plenty of time to find a seat before we start the ceremony at 4pm. Welcome champagne will be served upon arrival.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space and accommodations, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your save the date and wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adults-only event. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and celebrate with us throughout the entire night and weekend! We strongly encourage finding a sitter and taking this as an opportunity to have a romantic getaway with your partner!

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?
Answer
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment (shout out to Brittanee!) and we will share our photo album following the event! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Do you have a registry?
Answer
No. We will have an envelope box at the wedding for cards and cash/check gifts. We will also have a Venmo QR code available that you can scan and send cash gifts directly to our joint wedding Venmo account to.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please see the "Travel" tab for recommendations. The bride and groom will be staying in Mission Bay with their wedding party, we would love for you to join us in the same neighborhood so we can continue the celebrations throughout the night! If you would like to stay near the venue, you will want to stay in the La Jolla neighborhood.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
No, we strongly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft. There is a limited amount of valet parking up the hill at La Valencia Hotel for $18-25.
