Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 16th. This will help us make sure we have our head count to our vendors and ensure everything is ready for everyone.

Can I bring a date? / Are my kids welcome?

Answer

Please follow who was invited on your invitation. We have limited space available, so unfortunately we are not able to accommodate everyone having a plus one and/ or children.

What will the weather be like? Will anything be outside?

Answer

It is STL in May, so who really knows what it will be like. We are hoping it will be a nice sunny day. The coin toss after the ceremony will be outside across the street from the Church and the cocktail hour will be partially outside on the patio.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please follow the event dress code for each event. We would love to see everyone in the event colors of shades of pink, green, gold, or cream. The wedding ceremony and ball (reception) is black tie optional, so we would love to see everyone dressed to the nines.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the wedding ceremony. This will allow time for everyone to park and be seated in time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking for both events. The church has a large parking lot connected or there is street parking. Tapawingo has a parking lot, and we will be having golf carts bring people up the hill. There is a drop off spot at the front door of Tapawingo, so people can be dropped off or brought up in the golf carts.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know when you RSVP to any food allergies or restrictions. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
