All wedding events will take place at Hammock Beach Resort. We highly recommend staying on property so you can fully enjoy the weekend and be close to all the festivities! We have reserved a room block for our guests; however, rooms are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to book early to secure your accommodations and our discounted rate. **Please note that the discounted group rate is not available online** To make a reservation, please call (866) 841-0287 and select Option 2, then Option 3 for Group Reservations. Kindly avoid selecting the “weddings” option, as it will direct you to the catering department. We strongly encourage guests to book right away to ensure reservations due to property’s high demands. If you are not 100% sure you can attend yet, we still recommend booking as the resort will grant a full refund until 1 week prior to the wedding! Reservations must be made by Wednesday, February 3, 2027.

Yacht Harbor Drive

For additional accommodations, guests may also consider the Yacht Harbor Village at Hammock Beach, an affiliated property of the resort. Located just 2 miles from the main, Yacht Harbor Village offers spacious villa-style accommodations overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and marina. Guests staying here will still be within close proximity to all wedding events while enjoying a more private, residential-style setting. Transportation between the properties is quick and convenient, making this a lovely alternative for those seeking additional space or a quieter retreat.

For our guests travelling from afar, we recommend flying into one of the airports listed below. All three are located within approximately two hours of our wedding venue, with Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) being the closest. Each airport offers rental car services, making it easy to travel to and from your accommodations. We suggest booking flights and rental cars in advance to ensure availability and the best rates.
