We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at Hammock Beach Resort! March is a popular time to visit, and rooms are limited, so accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage guests to book early to secure availability and the best pricing. We recommend first checking the resort’s online rates, as special promotions may occasionally be available. When calling to book, feel free to mention any online rate you see — the group reservations team is happy to help you find the most cost-effective option available, whether that is the wedding block rate or another resort promotion. To book, please call the resort directly at (866) 841-0287 and select Option 1, then Option 3. Be sure to mention the “Reich–Furgal Wedding” when speaking with a concierge. Please note: • Some promotional rates, including Advance Purchase offers, may be fully non-refundable. • Rooms booked within our wedding block are refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a one-night charge. Even if you are unsure whether you can attend, we still recommend reserving a room early, as availability is limited.
If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified on your invitation. We've thoughtfully planned our guest list, so we kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed.

All wedding events will be outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, the cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception will be held indoors.
Absolutely! The resort has beach access, pools, golf, a spa, and multiple restaurants—so feel free to arrive early or stay after. On the "things to do" page you can find nearby attractions to visit!
Hammock Beach Resort provides complimentary self-parking. Valet parking is available for $27.00 plus tax per 24-hour period and can be charged directly to the guests account. Same day valet parking is available for $10.00 plus tax and will be charged upon guest departure.
For ease of travel, we recommend renting a car. Public transportation options are limited in the area, and a car will allow you greater flexibility.
Hammock Beach Resort offers an on-site Kids Crew program for ages 4-12, available from 9am-1pm and 6pm-10pm.
