We’ve reserved discounted room blocks at the Spring Hill Suites Marriott in Peabody which is an 8 minute drive to our venue. However, the hotel’s system treats the weekend (Fri–Sat) and the week‑night (Sun–Mon) rates separately. See below on how to book your stay. Sunday → Monday (checking in Sunday, checking out Monday) - Book one reservation using the “Sunday” link. Friday → Monday (checking in Friday or Saturday , and checking out Monday) You’ll need two back‑to‑back reservations: 1) use the “Fri–Sat” link for the weekend rate, then 2) use the “Sun–Mon” link for Sunday night. Local guests: even if you live nearby, feel free to take advantage of our room block if you’d like the convenience of staying on‑site after the celebration.

Flight
Most of our out‑of‑town guests will find it easiest to fly into Boston Logan. The hotel is about 45 minutes from the airport by car (traffic willing!); rideshares, taxis, and rental cars are all right outside baggage claim.
