We have reserved 15 king beds and 5 queen beds (2 beds per room) for those staying both 9/21 and 9/22. For those staying just 9/22 we have 5 more queens beds (2 beds per room) reserved. We have these rooms reserved until 8/31 so be sure to make your reservation before then. Thanks!
Travel Note
The buses will be picking up from the Hilton Garden Inn at ***3:00 p.m.*** The return bus will pick up guests starting at 9 p.m. and then again at the conclusion of the reception at 10 p.m. The bus ride is 45 minutes to the venue so feel free to bring any adult refreshments for the ride! Note: Homewood Suites - West End is a 5 minutes drive to the Hilton Garden Inn
