How Do I RSVP?

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by October 12, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our wedding on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify David or Libbie as soon as you are aware.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite you to join us in celebrating our special day in style. We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration. Think elegant dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or blazers with dress pants. To keep the evening stylish, we ask that guests avoid jeans, shorts, and casual wear. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue, but space is limited. To ensure everyone can park comfortably, we encourage guests to carpool or take advantage of the shuttle service provided by Residence Inn and Courtyard Inn & Suites if staying at one of those hotels.

Will there be transportation from the wedding to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Residence Inn and Courtyard Inn & Suites will offer shuttle service to and from the ceremony/reception for your convenience. However, TownePlace Suits does not provide shuttle service, so guests staying there will need to arrange their own transportation. We recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service for easy travel!

Will there be a cash bar or an open bar?

Answer

We’re excited to offer an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration! We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home. If you’re staying at Residence Inn or Courtyard Inn & Suites, the provided shuttle service is a great option. For others, carpooling or using a rideshare service is strongly encouraged. Let’s celebrate safely!
