It was a cold January evening in Jacksonville, Florida. Tyler waited for Lianne at their neighborhood park with a picnic basket full of charcuterie and champagne for their monthly date night. He would tell you he waited "forever" even though it was only around 15 minutes. When she arrived, he escorted her over to the perfect picnic spot under one of the enormous oak trees. They (quickly) enjoyed all of the different kinds of cheese, crackers, and pepper jelly from their local cheese shop. Lianne (of course) took photographs of the fanciful setup as they chatted about their days. Tyler grabbed Lianne's hand and softly said "we're running out of time". She chuckled at his typical unforeseen interjection and had a sip of her champagne. He started telling her all of the things he appreciates and loves about her (...she's starting to catch on at this point as the expression of feelings is not in Tyler's everyday playbook). Then he gets on one knee and opens a small, suggestive box. She asks if she should stand, he says it doesn't matter (remember this later), so she doesn't as to not draw attention to the event. In front of her, she sees the perfect man holding the perfect ring saying the perfect string of words. Though she is filled with excitement, she expresses the same look of indifference she is commonly known for. You all obviously know the answer that followed. They kissed, they stood, they embraced; smiles wide. He then points out the photographer sitting just out of her sight...
