Flight
Pensacola International Airport
We suggest flying into Pensacola International Airport. Other nearby options include the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport or the Mobile Regional Airport. Each of those are a little over an hour drive from Pensacola. If you're looking to save on flights and don't mind a bit longer 3.5hr drive, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is the nearest larger airport and sometimes has cheaper options.
Travel Note
Getting Around
Pensacola doesn't have much public transportation, so we recommend either renting a car or planning to use Lyft/Uber while you're in town. The main bridge is unfortunately damaged due to runaway barges during hurricane Sally and closed to traffic for the foreseeable future, so travel between the Pensacola beach and downtown Pensacola is approximately a 45 min - 1 hour drive. On the night of the wedding, we plan to have a Lyft or Uber code available so you don't have to worry about getting back to your hotel after the reception.

Beach House Rental or Airbnb
We recommend checking in with your hotel or rental to ensure they are undamaged by the hurricane and ready for your stay. If a hotel isn't the best option for you, Pensacola also offers plenty of beach house rentals and Airbnbs. For beach houses, check out https://www.paradisebeachhomes.com/. Traveling with Dogs
If you plan on traveling with your dogs let us know! While our hotel blocks and most of the beach doesn't allow dogs; there are places to stay, restaurants, and beach areas that do. Our reception venue also welcomes well behaved canine friends!
