FAQs

If you have any questions that aren't answered below or elsewhere on our website, please reach out to Elli Bosworth (elli.bosworth@gmail.com).
Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. Transportation will be provided from the main lobby to the ceremony site. Immediately after the ceremony there will be transportation back to the cocktail and indoor reception area.

Question

How should I dress?

Answer

Please join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire to complement the evening’s celebration. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans. The ceremony will take place outdoors on sand, so wedges, low heels, or flats are ideal for women. Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so consider bringing a sweater or light jacket. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors and this website will be updated accordingly.

Question

What if I have food restrictions?

Answer

Note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Dinner will be served buffet-style, and we will do our best to ensure there are options for everyone to enjoy.

Question

We'd like to stay overnight in Colorado Springs. What hotels are nearby?

Answer

There is a room block set up at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. If no rooms are available please contact elli.bosworth@gmail.com and we'll see if we can get more rooms. See the "Travel" tab for a link and more information. DEADLINE TO BOOK WITH THE SPECIAL RATE IS 9/2/2025. There are elevators in the hotel and reception venue, and there are accessible hotel rooms but please be sure to notate your need for accessibility on your reservation. There are also hotels within a few miles of the venue if you'd prefer to stay at a different location, but we have not created a room block for those. You can find that information on the "Travel" tab as well.

Question

What about parking?

Answer

There is free self-parking for guests who are attending the wedding. If you are staying on site there will be a fee for overnight parking.

Question

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

To preserve the intimacy of our ceremony, we kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and other devices remain put away during the ceremony. We want to fully enjoy this special moment with you—present and undistracted.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We adore children, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. During the ceremony, if little ones become restless, we kindly ask that you step away to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. A videographer will be capturing the moment, and your consideration helps preserve these memories for years to come.
