Every great love story starts somewhere — ours just happened to begin with a swipe. Back in 2018, during our sophomore year of college, a casual right swipe led to daily texts, late-night FaceTimes, and the growing feeling that we might’ve stumbled into something pretty great. A few weeks (and a lot of emojis) later, Heather invited Allan to a sorority date party — and the rest is history. That night kicked off the in-person chapter of our story: filled with laughs, inside jokes, and the start of a connection we both knew was special. After graduation, life threw us into a long-distance relationship, complete with different time zones, military schedules, and a lot of missed flights. But we made it work — with a whole lot of patience, phone calls, and love. In 2021, Allan got his first duty assigntment at Fort Campbell, KY, and asked Heather to make the move. We bought our first house, filled it with paint samples and power tools, and officially became DIY weekend warriors. Not long after, we bought a second property (because why stop at one mortgage?) and started our journey into real estate investing. We’ve been dreaming big — building a future together, one project (and spreadsheet) at a time. In 2023, after a few more moves, a deployment, and countless adventures, Allan popped the question — and Heather said yes! (Not exactly the typical timeline, but we’ve always done things our own way.) Now, we’re finally ready to tie the knot! On August 29, 2025, we’ll be saying “I do” — surrounded by the people we love most, and probably crying happy tears (don’t worry, we’ll bring tissues). We can't wait to celebrate with you!
